Keble Fundraising Update
I am thrilled to report that thanks to all your efforts we have successfully completed the 50:50 Challenge with 8 days to spare!
We can now say with pride that just over 50% of Keble alumni have made a gift to College.
Together we have secured £50,000 from the two generous Old Members who presented College with this considerable challenge. Increasing alumni participation from 42% to 50% has meant adding 775 new donors in one year! The magnitude of this task should not be underestimated and we could not have done it without your support.
Please remember that this is a cumulative challenge and this thanks is for all your efforts over the years. We are very grateful to all of you who have written letters, sent emails, picked up the phone and generally twisted multiple arms, you have been terrific!
Later today we will send a mass email to all donors, whether long-term supporters, or donors who have given this year for the first time as part of the 50:50 Challenge, to thank them for helping us to reach this significant milestone. We will also send one final mass email to all the remaining ‘future-donors’ encouraging them to join the majority.
So, refering to my earlier post, it pays to get involved and put the effort in.
